AI for CRE brokers: workflows that win deals.

A half-day, industry-specific workshop for commercial real estate professionals. Lease clause extraction, pipeline automation, comp analysis, prospecting at scale, and client communications — built around how brokers actually work, with TRESA compliance baked in.

Outcomes · What you'll walk out with

A working CRE AI stack — customized to your market.

A working lease analyzer

Drop in a 40-page lease → get the 5 things your client should worry about, key dates, TI allowances, escalations, and unusual clauses. The single highest-ROI CRE workflow.

A pipeline digest system

Cowork reads your pipeline and tells you who's gone cold, what's missing a next step, and where the money is sitting. Every morning, without you asking.

A comp analysis workflow

Turn messy comparable transaction data into a clean, client-ready comp set with the narrative written for you.

A prospecting engine

Research targets, draft personalized outreach at scale, and keep it organized — without the generic-AI-spam tell that kills CRE relationships.

Client communication templates

Listings, market reports, email sequences — drafted in your voice, reviewed by you, sent in a fraction of the time.

A TRESA-aware way of working

How to use AI without stepping on agency obligations, confidentiality, or disclosure rules. The part general AI training never covers.

Agenda · half-day, hands-on

Four hours, ending with you building your own stack.

0:00

The CRE + AI landscape

Proptech vs general AI — what's hype, what actually moves deals. Where AI fits in a broker's day, honestly assessed.

0:30

Lease clause extractionLive demoHands-on

The highest-ROI workflow. Live: a real (anonymized) lease analyzed in 90 seconds. Then you run one of your own.

1:15

Pipeline automation with CoworkLive demo

Turn your CRM export into a daily digest: who's cold, what's missing a next step, where revenue is leaking.

1:50

Comp analysis & market reportsLive demo

Messy comp data → clean comparable set + written narrative. Market report drafting that used to eat an afternoon.

2:30

Prospecting & outreach at scaleHands-on

Research targets and draft genuinely personalized outreach — without the generic-AI tell. Built to protect the relationship.

3:00

TRESA compliance & AI ethicsCompliance

Agency obligations, confidentiality, disclosure, and data handling under PIPEDA. How to use AI without creating regulatory risk.

3:20

Build your CRE stack60-min workshop

The capstone. You build the lease analyzer, the pipeline digest, and one custom workflow — all tuned to your market and your deals. You leave with them running.

Why it's worth it

The math on a single workflow.

Lease analysis alone

2 hrstypical time to review a complex lease by hand
90 secto a structured first-pass analysis with AI
~$160loaded broker time recovered per lease, every lease

⚠ The compliance piece nobody else covers

General AI training tells you what's possible. It doesn't tell you what's allowed when you're a registrant under TRESA handling confidential client information.

  • What you can and can't paste into a public AI tool
  • Agency duties and AI-drafted communications
  • PIPEDA and client data handling
  • When AI output needs broker-of-record review
  • Disclosure: when to tell a client AI was involved
Who this is for

CRE professionals who'd rather lead than catch up.

Brokers & agents

Sales and leasing reps who want to win more deals by being faster on leases, comps, and follow-up than the broker across the table.

Property managers

Drowning in lease admin, tenant requests, and reporting. The document workflows alone change the week.

Developers & owners

Reviewing deals, leases, and proposals at volume. AI triage before the expensive human review.

Brokerage teams

Want the whole desk working the same AI-enabled way. Ask about a private team session with your own deals as the examples.

Module 3 requires Module 1 (and Module 2 is strongly recommended — most demos use Cowork). New to AI entirely? Start with Module 1.

Module 3 questions.

Do I need Module 1 and 2 first?

Module 1 is required. Module 2 is strongly recommended because most CRE workflows here use Cowork (document analysis, scheduled tasks). If you're already comfortable with Cowork, you can skip straight to Module 3.

Is this just generic AI with real estate examples?

No. The whole module is CRE workflows — lease extraction, comps, pipeline, prospecting — plus the TRESA/PIPEDA compliance layer that general training never touches. I'm a working broker, not a vendor.

Will my client data be safe?

We cover exactly what you can and can't put into AI tools as a TRESA registrant, and how to set up Cowork so confidential material stays controlled. Compliance is a full agenda block, not a footnote.

Can my whole brokerage do this together?

Yes — a private team session uses your own deals and market as the examples, and gets a group rate. Ask about it.

Residential or commercial?

Built for commercial. Many workflows (lease analysis, pipeline, prospecting) transfer to residential, but the examples, comps, and compliance framing are CRE-specific.

What do I bring?

Laptop, Claude Pro active, and (if you can) an anonymized sample lease and a CRM export. We redact any client details live — bring real material so the workshop builds on your actual deals.

Is this TRESA-compliant advice?

It's practical guidance from a working broker, not legal advice. For a binding compliance opinion, consult RECO guidance or a real estate lawyer. We'll show you where the lines are so you know when to ask.

What's the ROI realistically?

Lease analysis alone recovers ~2 hours per complex lease. For a broker doing even a few leases a month, the workshop pays for itself in weeks — before counting faster follow-up and more deals worked.

Be the broker who's already there.

AI is coming to CRE whether you adopt it or not. This is the half-day that puts you ahead of it — built by someone who closes deals in the GTA, not a tech vendor guessing at your job.
